Computer not booting after unistall of software program Rollback RX
This goes along with my other thread about the 98 USB problems well the trial period was up for the rollback rx and since it didn't really do anything anyway I decided to unistall it. So it unistalled and said it had to be restarted then after the restart it unistalled more stuff and had to be restarted yet again I didn't let it restart this time but I forgot that it would undo all the changes since then such as files, bookmarks, pictures stuff like that.
So I read about the scanreg/restore I restarted the computer and held ctrl and then it wouldn't boot it said the processor speed and then <CPUID0621>
I don't think it ever did that before.
But now it won't boot at all it just hangs on that screen and the keyboard can't be used.
what can I do to fix this it's not my computer it's my dads.

If the keyboard is a wired keyboard (AT or PS2), totally disconnect the machine from power. (Unplug it.) Remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard. (Carefully, don't force or pry things excessively.) Let it sit for ten or twenty minutes. Plug it in and start it without the battery. If it boots, power down and replace the battery. Restart it again.
Post back with your results.

I suggest performing the "over the top" reinstall as I described in your other thread here; http://www.d-a-l.com/help/showthread.php?t=47385
