Getting error message frequently (Blue screen) that "Fatal exception has occured at 0028:C0043898 in VXQ VFAT (011) + 00005A84

Are you sure you've copied the error correctly? I've been searching MS and Google and can't get any matches. (Google caught the word "occurred" mis-spelled, but I corrected that.)
