I'm getting this message (same as posted in the closed thread). But my OS is 98SE (yeah, I know, ancient...). Since it "no longer provides support for windows 98", Microsoft's fixes won't work. They give manual override instructions, but this is difficult since the first step is "open IE", which is the primary problem...
