I have had Ulead Video installed but it stopped working and reported 'Unable to find function iplGetLibVersion' click OK . This leads to 'Error starting program, TheUVlPL.DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem. I uninstalled the application and tried to re install it, but I now get the message Illegal action. Can you help please.?
