When I attempt to run a Scan Disk it keeps telling me that 'it has stopped 10 times due to programs running' - I have gone to msconfig and stopped all programs from Start-up - also checks ctrl-alt-del and it tells me the only one open is Explorer. Can not find any programs open - still gives me the same message and will not complete Scan Disk!
