HP is one of the most mostt invasive .It seems as if I am getting to many lockouts for not have admin privledges + THE STUPID PASSWORD PROBLEM THAT IS ONGOING.
I want to know know ot stop regserv.exe, netmon, or any other thinbgs I don't have control over. I my Cox cable account an open network? You did say your were install 2 98se machines. Nobody else wants to share my operating system. Thank you again. .

??? Is this one of your posts? Can you paste in a link please?

"Always wanted to know if I can set up as admin on my own machine. And close any servies that are not being used or cold be used by others."

An Admin environment does not exist in 98/98SE. One can be simulated by using third party utilities for encrypting files/folders to prevent anyone from viewing them. The closest that the "stock" Windows 98 comes to this is through the Policies Utilities.

"HP is one of the most mostt invasive .It seems as if I am getting to many lockouts for not have admin privledges"

Can you clarify this a bit more please? Is it an HP system?. Or, is it an HP device attached to your system and the device/software is giving problems?

"+ THE STUPID PASSWORD PROBLEM THAT IS ONGOING."

    Again, can you clarify this?
