What's the problem? Not starting up at all? Starting up with an error message? Starting up and going straight to a malicious site?

Is it your IE6 that you're having trouble with or your Mozilla Firefox browser .... or both?

both browsers. The problem I have with mozilla is that i get an error that says the page cant be found. With IE a wierd page opens but after about 5-10 minutes. Sometimes if I re-start it works but other times it doesnt.

Once you have completed all of Owen's instructions please post a fresh log on the Spyware, Adware and Viruses board.
