My Outlook Express will not open. An "Outlook Express Could Not Be Started Because MSOE.DLL Could Not Be Loaded" error comes up everytime the program is run. Is there a way to fix this without losing all my saved emails?

I've seen one solution online that suggests installing the address book but mine is already installed. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't get that MSOE.DLL error anymore. But now when it opens, my old mail and address book and folders and email account has dissapeared. Is there any way to get the old settings back?

Ok, I figured out how to get the old messages back and the computer is working fine again. Thanks for the help.
