    It does not seem to load up.. is there any way you can give me some idea what is wrong with it.. if after a while I keep trying the on/off button it decides to come on, but when I press it again to come on the next day it dosn't..

    Thankyou..

    Also when It eventually came on and i shut it down it came up with the foloowing error message

    end programme IAMAPP I have no idea what this is and it has just started to do it.. even if someone can tell me what it means I would be most grateful pwwweeesssee!!!

    Hello, and Welcome to DAL.

    Unfortunately the FAQ section of the Toshiba site is "down" at the moment, so I can't get any related information to the symptoms regarding your model. (Toshiba pro 4600)
    http://www.toshiba-europe.com/comput...ellitepro4600/

    So as far as this element is concerned, we'll have to wait unless someone else here knows this model.

    "... if after a while I keep trying the on/off button it decides to come on, ..."

    One thing I would suggest is that you obtain the latest drivers relative to your model & O/S for the system;
    http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.c...ivers_bios.jsp

    and install them once you get the system going. This may help if the problem isn't a physical hardware problem. It's difficult to tell at this point.

    The IAMAPP is related to either;
    Norton Personal firewall and Security

    OR

    IncrediMail IMApp email program.
    http://www.answersthatwork.com/Taskl...tasklist_i.htm

    If it's Norton, the (IAMAPP.EXE) file is located in "C:\Program Files\Norton Personal Firewall\".

    Do you have either (or both) of these?
