Hi,

I have an 10 year old HP Pavillion computer. I havent used it in 3 years. Just for kicks I decided to hook it up again. Now the problem..... I turned it on and the little green light for the hard drive doesnt come on, so I am assuming it isn't booting. So of course nothing appears on my monitor, it remains black. Any info on this matter will truly be appreciated.

P.S. more info... there were NO new software or hardware installed on the computer before I packed it up.

Maybe its the problem of RAM.
Even i had a similar experience.So when i changed my RAm, all was well.
