Are you certain that this is the exact name: CICSHEXT.EXE?

I get no hits on it which is very rare.

SAVRT is your Norton auto protect trying to read ati3d2ag.dll your graphics driver.

As to the error that CICSHEXT.EXE is giving you here are some examples:

I would suggest that you run a HijackThis log by our Pros in that section then return to this thread if they cannot resolve your issues.

Please follow the instructions HERE & then post your log in a new thread in the Spyware, Adware, Viruses and HijackThis Logs section.

Found it! Norton 2006 found it for me, it is part of spyware.Apropos.C. I could never get search to find it, but after Norton 2006 found it, it was in C:\winnt\system32\cicshext.exe

I tried all sorts of spyware tools, nothing spotted it until I upgraded their Norton 2005 to Norton 2006.
