Using windows 98 2nd edition with IE6 and MSOE6 and just began getting
"Outlook Express Could Not Be Started Because MSOE.DLL Could Not Be Loaded"
Can anyone offer help with this!

Have you recently upgraded Windows from an earlier version (98FE), or IE and OE to a newer version?

Ensure MSOE.dll exists in C:\Program Files\Outlook Express.

I found this on the MSKB, but it's for earlier versions.

Don't reinstall (WINDOWS) yet if your situation doesn't match the parameters outlined here. A simple reinstall of the utilities may solve the problem.

Post back first with any additional info you might have.
