Hello Everyone, I'm not complaning but how long does it take to get an answer on a problem? I've noticed some get answer's and some do not...Its not that I'm impatient but thought I would have heard something by now!!

Maybe you should think about this:
Your problem might be a major one and thats why its taking long to reply.
