URGENT I am really dumb when it comes to the computer!!!! At the moment my keyboard
works but frequently one line of letters or numbers will not work. For example. Today, until right now, the letters c, m, x, v, and the period would not work when touched even though all the others did. PLEASE tell me what to do to solve this or cure this problem when it occurs again!!!!!!!!!!!! please email the answer to me if at all possible at couch@cmn.net. Many blessings to anyone who helps me!

Do you have another keyboard which you can try? This would help determine if it's the keyboard itself or something in the system.

Is your keyboard an AT (old type), PS2, USB, Wireless, etc?

Thank you Dan for your response. No, I do not have another keyboard. I think it is the computer because I did maintenance wizard and the keyboard has operated well for about a week now. Any thoughts on that? The keyboard is a fairly new one which is called microinnovations. It is connected to the computer so is not wirelesss it must be usb. Anyway, if you think of something else let me know. Thank you again for your help!
