Iam trying to use a new webcam (logitech quickchat? on msn messenger. when i try to use it an error report states the camera is bing used by another application.

Ive found a kodax didital camera that hasnt been removed from port 1, could this be the problem?
I cant work out how to remove this camera. ive tried add/remove. I cant find it anywhere on the pc
