I just got an IBM with windows 2000- the computer keeps restarting every couple minutes, also it says at startup that the PCI Boot ROM not installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated-Thanks

This is a brand new computer? What is the exact model & # of IBM?

PCI Boot ROM would be a network card I believe.
