i do have the system restoration discs, how do i reload the bios?

System Restoration would probably just be Windows ME.

If there was a main board or motherboard disk that is what you would want.

You can load the disk & search its' files looking for BIOS.

You can probably find a copy in those links I posted I just am out of time tonight

If you find a BIOS for your board then you would put it on a floopy or CD & boot it.

Unfortunately most BIOS are command lines which would require a keyboard
