I have several programs listed which may have been removed incorrectly. When I click on them it says that they cannot be detected. Is there anyway to remove the program listing from the menu? Thanks.

If you're comfortable in the registry go to;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\RunMRU

and delete the appropriate entries/keys.

Standard caveat: Make a backup before changes.

If you're comfortable in the registry, I would think the entries would be here;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall

Standard caveat: Backup and keys or the entire registry before altering it.
