I dont know what to do! It was working ok yesterday, but earlier my pc just froze, wouldnt allow me to reboot, so I had to manually turn it off. Since I re-booted, my DVD drive door wont open, and wont respond to the "run" function either. Can anyone give me advice please?

There should be a small hole somewhere on the front you can use a straightened paper clip to open the tray. If it still wont work after that you may need to uninstall then reinstall it.
