When I boot up/start up my Computer, how can I always display the "Microsoft Windows 98 Startup" Menu so that I can select one of the options. I do not know how to configure the startup to acheive this. Would it be a selection in the Bios area?

Start, Run, msconfig. In the lower right of the window, click on Advanced. Put a check mark in the box for "Enable Start Up Menu". Next boot should bring up the menu. To remove it, repeat the above steps and remove the check mark.
