I have just installed a new USB 2.0 card and driver.
The card fitted in the PCI slot OK and the device manager lists the enhanced Universal controller. also the root USB 2.0 and driver. The problem is that the new USB does not work!
My flash drive or mouse does not power up and funny thing, when I connect my broadband modem to the new USB it powers up but does not detect a connection and I have to revert to my existing USB 1.1 port.
Everthing appears to be in there but doesn't appear to be enabled.
Any ideas. Thanks for any help.
