Yes, I am another victim... Running p2 266 with 320ish RAM

I installed win2kpro, then after a week, it starts restarting in the middle of my listening to my music and chatting on MSN.
Couple of days later, it just restarts when it tries to load desktop...
I tried to repair install... nogo, it restarted in the middle of that.
So... I re-formatted, sadly.
Now, I have the exact same problem, only with less of a warning. All the parts in my system are rather cool. Possible bad HD or mobo or proc?
Don't really wanna reformat twice a week.

Sounds like hardware.

Do you know the manufacturer of your hard drive?
