I can't see why clearing your cookies, temporary Internet files and Internet Explorer history should cause it to stop working. Is this only one or a few web sites that won't load? Or is it all web sites? Try going to another web site that you've never been to before, e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1 or something like that.

Alternatively, you might find that holding down [SHIFT] or [Ctrl] whilst refreshing the web page might help.
