when i turn my laptop on a gray screen comes on and in the left side of the computer says no os is found, and the floppy drive and the cd rom dont work.please tell me how i can get back to my desk top. so the computer will work im useing the windows 98. thanks

Did this just happen? Were things OK before?

Did the floppy & CD work previously?
