i keep getting motive directory kernel 32.dll and i also keep getting windows has caused a error

i keep getting motive directory kernell 32.dll when i start up my computer keep crashing and freezing also the screen goes blue and says windows has caused an error some times it takes me ages to get going

From a quick search I found this long thread with alot of possible issues.
