Windows installer searches for NavCE.Msi when booting

When booting a Windows installer window opens with the following message:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network reaource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "NavCE.Msi" in the box below."
the alternatives already listen in the box are:
    "C:\WINNT\TEMP\$NAV$\" and "1"
I canīt find the "NavCE.Msi" and when canceling a have to click the cancel button three times before the installion is aborted. When using Office especially Word alot of features are unavailable and the program askes me to install the features from a CD. I guess these problems are related. Hopefully fixing the first problem, means ridding the others.
    Best Regards, Klasse
