I have accidently deleted my sound device and do not know what to do.

Re-install the drivers of your sound card.

1.Click Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add New Hardware.
2.Click next and follow the instructions from there.

OR

1.Insert the CD that came with your system and install the driver of your sound card.It will specified what sound card you possess.
