    Media Problem

    Please can you help me with Media Player 9 It Keeps freezing and thinking I am not connected to the internet.
    I receive the following message.

    You've encountered error message C00D10B5 while using Windows Media Player. We are investigating the cause of this error. We will post more information about this error when it becomes available.

    I have tried everything it tells mr but no luck.

    You could try upgrading to Media player 10.

    Media Player 10 won't install on an ME system, it's strictly for XP. Sorry
