nowadays
i am seeing that my pc has grown slow with each day
and also when i try to copy something in microsft word it says memory insufficient.

I chec ked for spyware n adware but was unable to find any .
Can u plz help ???

Hope you ran updated scans for nasties. Some other things you could do if you havent already, run a disk cleanup and get rid of unwanted stuff, after that defragment in safe mode, a fragmented drive can slow down your system. Also if your memory is insufficient for applications you run, it may be that your paging file is fragmented.
