In another computer of mine it says theres a problem with explorer.exe and it wont allow me to open up some of my programs.

You might try to load explorer.exe from your installation disk using the Systerm File Checker utility located under TOOLS in SYSTEM INFORMATION
that can be accessed in ACCESSORIES from the START MENU
