I have a friend who runs Windows 98. They were cleaning out some of their files and might have accidentally erased some preference that allowes you to change the resolution of the screen and the color settings in the display menu, in the Control Panel. We have no idea how to find it or get it back. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance

You find these controls by right clicking somewhere on the Desktop and choosing Properties, then Settings. If you are unable to makes changes, you may have to reload the drivers for the system video adapter.

OK I checked the settings and I can't change it. So how do I reinstall the drivers? I would like to point out at this time that I, myself am an apple user. So I have no idea about almost anything of Windows. But my friend is really sick of her screen being messed up. I thank you very much for the help.
