When I try and create a new folder by either right clicking or going to file and there is no option for it, also on the tool bar all the Tabs seem to be internet related, for example, if I go into My Documents and click on file...I have the option to 'work offline'... I have tried going to display properties and using default setting but that doesnt work, so any idea why IE seems to be taking over my computer? Cheers
