Computer restarts itself no matter what I am doing. Seems to be more frequent when using Internet Explorer.

Windows Me restarts automatically no matter what I am doing. It seems to occur about 5-10 minutes after computer turned on. Currently I receive no error messages.

on boot up press F12 chose the option "don't automaticaly restart windows if an error occurs" (or similar) see if you get an error message then
