ok i did everything u said ..and i seem to still have same problem...my question is on the non working computer there is no win zip..do i need winzip installed on that puter before for the copy from floppy disc will work?

No. You just needed it to unzip the download.

If you search now do you see sporder.dll?

This is not a windows file but when another application installs it it apparently is linked to Internet Connectivity.

It is also tagged by various spyware products as evil & deleted.

There is also a sporder.exe ... Can you find this on that computer?

Do you have any idea of the programs you installed for your modem & or ISP?

Also trying to run HijackThis might still be helpful.

Also temporarily stopping McAfee from Starting up might be useful.

Have uninstalled McAfee but still appears on desktop! Installed AVG Free. Since then when start up get the error: This application has failed to start because SPORDER.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Then another window appears saying: Photogallery - Please wait while Windows configures PhotoGallery ... gathering required information ... The feature you are trying to use is on a CDRom or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the “PhotoGallery” disk and click ok. Have not got this disk!!! Please, please advise.
