Does windows 98 have an intel pentium 2 processor? i need that for my MP3 player.

The O/S (Operating System) has nothing to do with the hardware you have, other than "will it run on this"? 98 will ~run~ on a 486 machine.

I think the question you may possibly mean is;

"Does my system have an intel pentium 2 processor?"

If so, then Everest Home Edition will tell you.
