I am unable to access any windows on my computar, after manual start-up, an error window message saying: Explorer has caused an error in BROWEUI.DLL. exporer will no will close. at the bottom of this it states> if problem continues restart.
This is all it will let me do, when I close error message it comes right back to same message, also happens when I attempt to access another program/ window,
