unable to load files
When I try to load a file I get a message "There was a problem loading the file specified when running the Accessibility Wizard."
I have no disabilities.

Can you expand a bit on this?
Are you saying you have no disabilities and don't use the Accessablility Options?
Are you trying to "load a file" (if you could expand on just what this is/means too) within the Accessablility Options realm?

This has been going on for a while until I found this computer help. This morning I was trying to download a PDF file (job application form) which is quicker than going through the Royal Mail system and the same old problem appeared.I was trying to open this file from its original location and up came "there was a problem loading the file specified when running the accessibility wizard"
As I have no disabilities I don't understand why the accessibility wizard is getting involved, maybe it should be I don't know.
If I save a file instead of trying to open it I cannot open it after being saved,I am a computer novice and any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks

Have you removed the Accessibility Options via Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs? (Based upon your latest info, I'm beginning to think that this "accessibilities" problem element may not be the "Windows Accessibilities Options".)
Does this only happen with ADOBE files? (xxxxx.pdf etc.)
Which version of Adobe Acrobat Reader do you have installed?
