Hi to all,
I m having trouble starting up windows 98 se. when i start up it brings me to my default wallpaper with the windows logo on it and then freezes. No errors pop up or anything. it just hangs there. When i pres CTRL-ALT-DEL it shows up that explorer is not responding. I am able to log on using safe mode and I've tried everything the troubleshooting files tell me. thanks in advance if anyone could help
