Hey first of all im new here. And yes I know the floppy set is out there and old and shouldnt be used but I need it for one time because I do not have a cd rom on this computer and its not worth putting on in. It is an old old computer that barely runs 98. But thats what the guy wants so im giving him 98. He bought this pc from me with windows 95 and it worked fine. Then he wanted 98 and well 2 of my disks are corrupted. I need disk 3 and the boot disk. I also want to make sure my set is fixed by getting the 2 disks i need so if i need it again. If any one has them let me know. It would mean a lot to me. Please dont refer me to use the cd because thats not an option. I am not direct connecting through a cable or anything. I need those 2 floppys. Thanks. If you have the retail floppy boot disk email it to me at dannypritchett01@charter.net along with the retail disk 3. This floppy should not be one made from windows 98 that will make one that will boot from cd. Thanks.

Danny, have you tried www.bootdisk.com? There's LOADS on there and you should at least find the boot disk. Because the floppy version of Windows 98 is so uncommon, I think you might find that there's no-one here that can copy disk 3 for you.

You're likely to get it much quicker if you can find it on Ebay - presumably you're charging the guy to supply and install Windows 98 so you could pass on the cost of a second-hand set of disks?
