video card problems
Hey
I have this problem with my computer, after a big error i descided to format my HD. and reinstall win 2k pro uk .
Now, im looking at a 800X600 screen with 16 colors :S
i have been looking for my installation disc of my video driver, but could'nt find none :S
i did find the reference manuals tho.
i have a AMD 3000mhz+ , 200 gb hd with an Nvidea Motherboard.
unfortunatly i dont exacly know what video card i have, i bought all the parts seperate some time ago, and i just cant remember :S
The reference book I have is for the ASUS Graphics card, dont know wich one.
i have tryed to download some different kind of asus drivers for my video card. but without succes...
is there a way that i can find out exacly what kinda video card i have on this comp? becouse this 16 color stuff is making me almost blind...
Hope you guys can help.
Cheers

yeah i have done those, but becouse this is a fresh installation of win 2k, it wil only show the standard vga display of windows.. the other one shows me that there are hardware problems with the video, and tha last one shows me N/A, becouse i just havent installed the correct drivers yet :S
