i got a pentium 2 processor about 450mhz,256mb ram.the problem is when i switch it on the numlock light does not appear but the computer starts and again it reboot when it shows the bios setup i.e the screen where it shows hit DEL to ENTER bios setup.well from there it reboots and the screen is blank and sometimes it goes till where we get the windows 98 logo while bootin the operating system from the also it reboots.plz help need fast if u can mail me i will be very thankful to u whoever does it coz i m C.A and i got my whole work pending.thx

have you tried hitting DEL and entering the BIOS?

you say "windows 98 logo" but you have posted in win XP section... are you running xp or 98?

And, will the system start with a 98 EBD? (Emergency Boot Disk, run file to make disk)
