Well I got a program called Tweak UI and did some tweaks.... my computer works perfectly... than i also installed a program called X-Setup Pro which was recommended by my comp teacher.

Well since i did some tweaks i have no been able to acess anything in my control panel because it says i dont have proper permission and to contact my network admin. well im not on a network. in fact ive never been. is there anyway to turn this off so that i can get back into my control panel.

Check the options in Tweak UI and see if you have accidently blocked access to the Control Panel. I've never used the other program you mention so I can't help you there. Also if all else fails you can do a system restore to a date when you were still able to access the control panel, HTH

Yah the thing is i cant access Tweak UI because its in my control panel. LOL

anyways ill try my restore point and see if that works.

Can you access tweakui from the run line by typing tweakui.exe & clicking ok?

well sys restore didnt work and tweakui.exe didnt work from the run line either, it says its typed wrong or somethin.

Did the system restore complete succefully? Or did you get any error messages? Or did it complete and just not help with the problem you are having?

sys restore completed unsucessfully. no errors and went all the way thru. i even tried it from a restore point i made. all attemps were not successful.

Im not sure what to do now. all i know is i DO NOT want to have to reformat. i just done that not more than 2 weeks ago. lol
