hi, i got this error message while the star-up programs are loading:

"Exporer has caused an error in
MSNIMK.GIF
Explorer will now close

If you continue having problems,
try restarting your computer."

i ran Spybot and deleted the red entries, but it didn't seem to work

any help?

ok, i just deleted the .GIF file from C:/Windows/System and it worked.

Hi, I have the same problem with my computer, right now I am downloading spybot and i was wondering how you fixed the problem. I know you said that you deleted the .GIF file from windows/system but when i tried that i couldnt find any file named that. Is it in another folder in the system folder? Please help.... thanks
