I have been "fixing" our computer myself. I have been trying to download a quickcam program, which seems to download fine. It is when my comp reboots and the "camera wizard" pops up to help with connecting the hardware. A window appears that says "cannot find the file c:\windows\system\regsvr32.exe (or one of its components)". I obviously must have deleted this file. How do I get it back?

It's on the 98 and 98SE cd in the add-ons\pws directory. Copy it to c:\windows\system.
