Running Win 2k w/Netscape 7.1 (aka: Mozilla 5.0.)

I recently got a new pc and copied my bookmarks over from the old one. I am not able to add new bookmarks or manage current ones. If I make any changes, they are only good for that session and will be reverted as soon as I close the browser.

I've checked permissions on the bookmarks.htm file and they're good.

Anyone have any suggestions?
