Need more information. Motherboard make/model. Age of the Computer.
Preliminary sounds like your Motherboard batter is low or dead.

Yepp, would go for the battery also.
When u enter your BIOS and configure those settings, then save them, power off your PC and restart it after a minute or so...then the message reappears ?
