i have avg virus free program. when i do a scan i have two trojan horses that avg says it can't heal. it seams like it goes into an archive. how can i completely remove it.

Select the AVG program group on your Start Menu and click on the 'AVG Virus Vault' option. When the Virus Vault screen opens, it will list the quarantined files. Click on the Action menu and select 'Empty Vault' if you are sure that you want to get rid of them.
