Do not wish to "Work Offline"

How do I permanently get rid of an alert message which says:
"Work Offline"? I already clicked on File and unchecked Work Offline.

First a piece of advice, remove your e-mail address from your post. Posting your e-mail address in a public forum is just asking for trouble.

Open Internet Explorer, click on File, make sure there isn't a check by Work Offline. Check that first and post back.

I have done the above but I still get the warning.

Could it be that the 'Work Offline' setting is still switched on in Outlook Express and that's conflicting with Internet Explorer? If you go to the File menu in Outlook Express, the option is in the same place.
