When I star my PC I recieve Error Starting Program:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSVCR7?.DLL file appears to be corrupt Reinstall the file and try again. The ? mark Is a T or a 1 I'm not sure . Iam using my old PC right now . Help Please

Can you start in Safe Mode? & try to reinstall the file?

There is a copy here:

msvcr71.dll

You could also try to run from a DOS prompt: scanreg /restore

Although I see that this is a .NET Framework file (rather than Windows proper).
