Download everest http://www.lavalys.com/products/over...ng=en&pageid=1 run it and see if it can identify what brand it is. Let us know and we'll see if we can find the driver then.

Unfortunately it doesnt mention the name. Is there a part number or anything on the burner?

    Try this one here http://download.opendrivers.com/drv/...w5224_r108.exe

Or here but you need to turn off any pop up blockers first. http://www.opendrivers.com/freedownl...-download.html

If you have downloaded the exe file, run it and it should make a folder for the driver. You probably then need to go to control panel/add new hardware and choose pick from the list when it asks do you want it to search for new hardware. When you choose cdrw from the list, choose have disk and browse to the location of the driver.
